What Zip said coco. Plays all my mkv's and xvid's on my HD TV, til now ive just been burning them to DVD and playing them as avi's thru my dvd player, was working ok, except no HD and it wasnt perfect.
Zip, i'll give that a go on the next mkv i get, would be nice if something can do it automatically.

not an official one no, the RRP from Nintendo for the Wii now is the same as when it came out but no-one sells it for that. Takes the piss really. We are always last to get the price drops, US and Europe always get them first.
